Terms of Service

Triforma helps coaches monitor athletes, analyze training and recovery, and generate and adapt plans, and helps athletes train with an AI assistant. It integrates with third-party services (Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Strava, Apple) and can connect to external AI assistants via MCP. Triforma is currently offered as a private beta; features may change, and access may be limited or invitation-based.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Athletes join by invitation from a coach or by registering directly.

Triforma's AI produces drafts, suggestions and alerts. Anything that changes an athlete's plan or is sent to an athlete is confirmed by a human before it takes effect. The coach is responsible for the training decisions they make using the service.

Triforma provides training-related information for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding health conditions or injuries, or before making significant changes to training. Use of the service is at your own risk.

You may connect third-party services (Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Strava, Apple) and external AI assistants (via MCP). Your use of those remains subject to their terms. We access them only with your authorization and only to provide Triforma's features; you may disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, accuracy or their processing of your data.

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Coaches pay a subscription from €39/month; each connected athlete pays a reduced subscription from €9/month; solo athletes pay from €19/month. Prices are stated inclusive of applicable VAT for consumers. Each plan includes a monthly AI-usage limit; additional AI requests can be purchased if you exceed it. A free trial period is included, and promotional discount codes may be offered. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Triforma is a digital service that starts immediately, by starting the service during the withdrawal period you expressly request that it begin and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not access data of athletes or coaches you are not authorized to access.

Triforma and its software, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you provide and grant us the limited rights needed to process it to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of training decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Triforma and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required to protect the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The current version is posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
